These are the poems that started this website off many years ago. Most have them have been cast aside from the Mighty Anthology, but they can still serve a purpose within KS2 & 3. In the sub pages, you'll find the Heaney & Clarke, Duffy and Armitage and the Pre-1914 poems. Click in the menu to listen to them from the site or go to the "Downloads" page to get them for yourself.
Other Cultures Poetry Cluster 1The following podcasts relate to the old AQA legacy spec, but the poems are still useful for study in Key Stage 2 or 3. Alternatively, just enjoy listening. A special credit goes to an ex pupil of mine, Scott Williams, who remixed 'Vultures'.
