Angela McDermid (my good lady wife) is Deputy Head at a Primary School in Gateshead. Angela kindly had her arm twisted to read the Gillian Clarke poems and now probably knows more about them than the rest of us! |

James "Seamus" Doran is a Solicitor for a law firm in South Shields and an all round lover of poetry. Seamus kindly agreed to read the Heaney poems for us. |

Darren McBain is our resident AST for English and Media, and happens to prefer teaching the Duffy and Armitage poetry. Darren is reaing the Simon Armitage poems and his year 11 GCSE class helped him out with ideas for the sound effects, so a special thanks to them! |
